Evernote: for keeping files (syllabuses, case briefs, handouts, outlines, study guides) all in one place. If your handwriting is neat enough, Evernote can process the image of your handwritten notes as searchable text.
Trello: for keeping track of to-dos. If you've never had a method for keeping track of to-do lists, try experimenting with the GTD method, which can be adapted to Trello.
Google Calendar: for keeping track of assignments, class times, office hours, interviews, guest lectures, organization meetings. Intro tutorial if you need.
Focus Keeper: an app that uses the Pomodoro technique to help you sustainably focus for long chunks of time.
